3. Return Approval Process

All returns must be approved by our support team before items are shipped back.
To request a return, please provide:

  • Items you wish to return

  • Reason for return

  • Photo or video evidence if applicable (e.g., defects, wrong item received)

Once approved, customers will receive detailed return instructions and the designated return address.

4. Return Shipping Costs

Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer unless the return is due to our error, such as receiving a defective, damaged, or incorrect item. If the return qualifies as our responsibility, we will reimburse the shipping cost within a reasonable amount.

5. Defective, Damaged, or Incorrect Items

If you receive a defective or incorrect product, contact us within 7 days of delivery.
Please keep the original packaging and provide clear photos or an unboxing video for verification. After confirmation, we will arrange a replacement or refund.

6. Refund Processing

Once the returned items arrive at our facility and pass inspection, refunds will be processed within 5–10 business days.
Refunds are issued to the original payment method. Shipping fees on the original order are non-refundable unless the return is due to our error.

7. Order Cancellations

Cancellations must be requested immediately after placing the order. If the order has already been processed or shipped, cancellation may not be possible.

8. Lost or Unreturned Packages

We are not responsible for returned packages lost in transit. For added security, customers are advised to use a trackable shipping service.
